We were born and raised in Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture and Davao, Philippines respectively.

Since I was a child, I have been educated, learned, and practiced by watching my family's company run a different business while making a living. At my family's company, I established this company while thinking about what we can do with many experiences such as electrical construction companies, restaurants, beauty salons, bicycle shops, and trading businesses.

As office workers, we mainly worked as chefs, site supervisors, newspaper reporters, temporary staffing sales, and English teachers. ​

As a manager and as an engineer, I have devoted myself to a job that requires me to take on many things all at once. After meeting many businesses, companies and people, I decided to establish my current company.

At this company, we would like to be involved in the growth of many companies and people with our management strategy and marketing skills using educational services, so please use it if you are interested.

ZALDI Co., Ltd. is a new-age company that was established in 2021, the third year of the Reiwa era, and has been operated with its own funds. A company whose ideas were born before and after the start-up, during a major pandemic.

We value life, hard work and honesty, and the spirit of modern people seeking a new life outside their homeland. Then, I thought that we should think about what we can do for our customers to ride the big wave that is coming, and develop companies and human resources that can survive in Asia, where we belong.

We mainly operate on the same line within the range of movement, mainly in Tokyo, Chiba Prefecture, and Tochigi Prefecture.

With its urban charm, Chiba Prefecture would be a good start for foreigners and those looking for a stable income. And while Tokyo has great opportunities, it has also become a place with a lot of poverty. In Chiba Prefecture, there are many small and medium-sized enterprises and challenging women.

In the near future, foreigners will outnumber the Japanese population, English will become more popular as a second language, and more companies will have to work in a second language at work.

It's especially quiet, so it's expected that areas near airports such as the Haneda and Narita areas will grow significantly soon.

We are also excited about the continuing development of Japan and all of Asia, and would like to provide services that suit each and every customer.

We believe that all things can grow over time, so it doesn't matter to start something small. I think that the mindset of an office worker and the mindset of an entrepreneur are completely different. While achieving these goals together, we would like to expand from Chiba to the Kanto area, to various parts of Japan, and to the world, together with our partner companies and customers.
